There are a limitless amount of amazing tasting, healthy treats, that do not load your body with sugar, processed flour, or toxic oils which all steal energy, cause weight gain, mood issues, and hormone imbalances.
When making desserts, I keep a few things in mind:
- They have little to no sugar- and only coming from natural sources.
- They have few ingredients- and all from whole foods.
- They are free of grains, gluten, dairy, processed sugar, soy, and vegetable oils.
- They taste amazing.
