How This Nourishes Your Body

You can never have too many fudge recipes, if you ask me….especially Homemade Fudge.

My usual go to fudge is my metabolism boosting chocolate coconut oil fudgesugar free, and only make with 2 ingredients.

These on the other hand are a bit more of an indulgence, but a necessary one. Especially if you make them with quality dark chocolate.

The taste and texture of these is not like a hard piece of chocolate but a creamy delicious piece of fudge magic.

Of course, still filled with ingredients that support brain function and hormone health.

Notes:

  • I also love to add collagen to these for amino acid support for glowing hair, skin, and nails! Plus for gut health.
  • These are my favorite chocolate chips because they are dairy and soy free, real quality dark chocolate!
  • This is also my favorite highest quality dark chocolate bar! High in antioxidants without a bitter taste. Use chocolate as medicine 😉
