Raspberry Vinaigrette
This Raspberry Vinaigrette is one of my favorite dressings for salads and salmon.
I love making healthy dressing because almost all store bought dressing is full of toxic canola oil and soybean oil which are highly inflammatory and damaging to the body and brain. I love keeping a few on hand to spice up any meal!
It can be used in many dishes including: roasted butternut squash salad, apple roasted beet salad, sweet quinoa bowl, or as a dipping sauce for kale chips, or broccoli bread.
Notes for Raspberry Vinaigrette
- Can use fresh or frozen berries
- Can use maple syrup instead of honey
