How This Nourishes Your Body
Hemp Seed Chocolate Truffles
I am a huge Chocolate Truffles fan. Little bite sized chocolates full of different possibilities and different flavor options. I love the cruch to these that the hemp seeds provide, you could also use shredded coconut!
Not only are these delicious, but they are also full of healing ingredients.
Read about the amazing benefits of coconut oil here.
There are two versions, the sugar-free has a slightly harder texture but both are wonderful!
I love pairing these with homemade cashew milk or a nice homemade chai latte!
Sugar Free Chocolate Truffles
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons cacao powder
10 drops stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla
Hemp seeds
Note: Different stevia brands have different tastes so adjust to your sweetness preference. This is the best tasting stevia I have found.
