Cooking Instructions

  1. Line a plate with  parchment paper
  2. Melt coconut oil
  3. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  4. Pour in coconut oil and continue to mix.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the mixture and roll into small balls
  7. Place on the parchment paper and place in freezer for a few hours – enjoy!
  8. Store in the freezer.
