No Bake Coconut Bars
I almost cannot make these anymore because I end up eating them all. In a day. That is how much I love these. If you like coconut, these will be your jam.
These go great with:
- blender coconut milk ice cream
- chocolate coconut milk ice cream
- coconut milk latte recipe
- fat burning chocolate chip cookies
Notes for Coconut Bars
- Use whatever nut butter you like (almond, peanut, sunflower, tahini, etc)
- Use whatever chocolate you have and crush into small pieces.
- Double this recipe if you want a large batch (you probably should)
- This is my favorite highest quality dark chocolate bar! High in antioxidants without a bitter taste. Use chocolate as medicine 😉
- Mix everything together in a bowl
- Smooth onto a parchment-paper
- Chill for 1-2 hours and break into pieces
- Store in the refrigerator!
