I almost cannot make these anymore because I end up eating them all. In a day. That is how much I love these. If you like coconut, these will be your jam.

Notes for Coconut Bars

  • Use whatever nut butter you like (almond, peanut, sunflower, tahini, etc)
  • Use whatever chocolate you have and crush into small pieces.
  • Double this recipe if you want a large batch (you probably should)
  • This is my favorite highest quality dark chocolate bar! High in antioxidants without a bitter taste. Use chocolate as medicine 😉

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl
  2. Smooth onto a parchment-paper
  3. Chill for 1-2 hours and break into pieces
  4. Store in the refrigerator!
