You will love this Butternut Squash recipe.  Super easy and you can make it your own in so many ways!

All you need is for this Butternut Squash

1. Some kind of gluten free pasta: I love using zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash but will also work with quinoa pasta.

2. Get the butternut squash sauce recipe here.

3. What ever veggies you wish!

That is it! Dinner. Full of vegetables. Using whatever you have in the fridge. My kind of dinner.

Notes: I love sauteing the veggies in ghee or coconut oil with some sea salt. Adding onion and garlic to the veggies mix would also be delicious!

2. Sate veggies in butter or coconut oil.

4. Toss all together and top with raw organic goat or other cheese!
