How This Nourishes Your Body

I love a nourishing, healthy scramble.

Starting your day with this beauty will without a doubt fuel your brain, give you energy, and prevent disease.

This is one nourishing punch, and yet so simple. You can make any egg scramble nourishing in seconds. All you need is pasture raised eggs, a healthy fat (coconut oil, avocado), some powerful spices or herbs, and any veggies your heart desires. Mix it up, make it interesting, what ever you have on hand, through it in. This particular recipe is one of my ‘go-tos’ for healing hormones and any inflammation in the body.

Each ingredient is so nourishing and they all work together to provide healing, and rejuvenation.

turmeric-cayenne spicesThe coconut oil supports healthy hormones and a healthy metabolism.

The eggs support  brain health and reproductive function.

The garlic dramatically increases the immune system.

The turmeric and cayenne pepper combination  is seriously POWERFUL for decreasing inflammation, riding toxins from the body, preventing disease, and cleansing the blood and skin cells.

And of course, the detoxing, skin clearing veggies– sprouts, radishes, and kale.

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat pan with coconut oil and lightly saute garlic

2. Crack eggs and cook until scrambled

3. When eggs are almost fully cooked, add the shredded kale, turmeric, and cayenne.

4. Top with radish, and sprouts, enjoy!
