Homemade Dairy Free Ranch Dressing
This homemade dairy free ranch dressing has become one of my condiment staples! It is amazing to spice up any salad or dip any kind of meat or poultry in.
This dressing goes great with kale chips, zucchini chips, or broccoli flatbread!
In this recipe I use Primal Kitchens Chipotle Mayo. This has become one of my favorite cooking products because it makes almost any meal gourmet, with very little effort.
More importantly, this mayo has incredibly high quality ingredients and is actually good for the body. Like I mentioned before, most mayo’s are filled with canola and soybean oil, factory farmed, terrible eggs. This mayo however is made with avocado oil, and cage free eggs. It is a win-win situation all around.
Notes for homemade dairy free ranch dressing
- Add more coconut milk to make it thinner or mayo or coconut cream if you want it thicker!
Cooking Instructions
- Mix mayo and coconut milk together with a whisk until fully combined.
- Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Add more coconut milk to make it thinner or mayo or coconut cream if you want it thicker!
- Store in the fridge. It will be pretty thin at first, but will set up in the fridge.
Thanks for the recipe. I will switch up a few things on it like add fresh red onion or shallots, fresh parsley and fresh garlic but it looks like a hit in my book. Thank you..
