How This Nourishes Your Body
Just a quick weekend recipe if you get the baking itch. This one is super easy- but makes a delicious, soft, moist, and divine smelling almond butter muffins. As always, it is gluten, grain, dairy, and refined sugar free!
This is an amazing dessert with some melted coconut butter on top!
Notes for Almond Butter Muffins
- You can use any kind of nut/or seed butters. I love tahini! The more creamy and smooth, the better- I have found.
- Feel free to add in cacao chips- coconut flakes, or anything else your hear desires!
- If you want more sweetness, feel free to add a tablespoon or two of honey, maple syrup, or stevia!
