Cooking Instructions

Chicken Chili

1. Add onions and peppers to a pan and fry in coconut oil or butter until onions become slightly soft.

2. Add peppers, onions, shredded chicken, beans, salt and salsa to a medium saucepan, and stir to combine.

2. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling, then cover and reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for at least 5 minutes.

3. Serve warm with avocado and cilantro for toping
