Have you ever heard about biohacking? Or Bullet Proof Coffee? This is the perfect term to describe my life. I am always looking for ways to have more energy, vitality, stable-happy moods, and creativity. Bio hacking does just that… it uses certain foods and supplements that radically change your mind and body, for the better.

There are four areas I like to address in bio hacking:

  1. Mindset
  2. Habits
  3. Food and Supplements
  4. Movement

Let’s talk about biohacking food.

I am not going to go into what an energy enhancing, disease fighting, mood balancing, clear thinking diet looks like: I  do over that here, and here. 

TAKEAWAY: There are certain foods and supplements that you can add on top of what you are already having to take your health to the next level. Simply add these three foods to a smoothie/water/juice etc.

A Few Bio-hacking Foods

Collagen:

High quality collagen or gelatin is such an easy food to add to your daily diet with incredible benefits. Yes, this is the stuff you make Jello with BUT it is the quality and brand that matters with this. This stuff is an amazing hack for better skin, hair, and nails! Not to mention balancing hormones and mood.

Here are just a few other health benefits:

  • Reduces cellulite
  • Improves bone density
  • Reduces and reverses gum recession
  • Boost joint health and dramatically reduces joint pain
