Four Items That Cover ALL Your Skin Needs

Four Items That Cover ALL Your Skin Needs

bootsskincareLet’s be honest here. As women, we get sucked into buying skin care and make-up lines way too easily because of the fancy packaging and promising results. . . says the girl with a closet full of half used products that have been piling up over the years. Actually, the closet has recently dissapeared. I tossed it all. I am on a new path, one that is saving me big bucks and improving my skin more than I ever thought possible.

Transitioning from an Estheticain to a health coach has opened my eyes in more ways than one. The biggest being what actually creates clear, glowing skin- and what we need to maintain it. And it is not the lotions, potions. and creams we have been buying time and time again.

The number one key to healthy skin is diet, no secret there. The next is a skin care routine that does not strip the natural oils, maintains a proper pH level, does not not inflame or irritate the skin, moisturizes, and exfoliates for a clear completion.

Well, what if I told you everything you need to achieve this may already be in your kitchen? The products below are surprising, yet highly effective skin life savers. Best of all they are non toxic, and promote beauty from the inside and out, unlike the hormone disrupting mainstream products that have taken over the shelves.

If you like it simple, you can use only the products below and your skin, hair, body, and teeth would be set. Seriously.  Below we  focus on the benefits these products have for the skin.
