How This Nourishes Your Body

These Paleo Pumpkin Bar  are my favorite fall treats of all time! Not only do they fill your house with the best smell in the world, they taste amazing, are super easy to make, and always satisfy a crowd. Best part, they are gluten, grain, and dairy free, sweetened with honey.

These are amazing to bring to a party!

For more of a dessert and special treat, I would add the maple frosting made from cashews, coconut oil, and maple syrup. You can find that recipe here:

If you do not have pumpkin spice try  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg.

Allow to cool completely in the pan, then cut and serve!
These bars are delicious on their own, but if you’re aiming to impress, glaze these bars with my Maple Pecan Glaze. (recipe posted separately)
