We all go through extremely stressful periods of time, hopefully less often than more, but we know that it is very taxing on the body. The number one cause of many disease and health problems out there are caused by stress. Elevated cortisol (stress hormone) is like poison running through our veins when it happens on a constant basis. Even getting stuck in traffic, rushing to eat, and going to bed late elevates cortisol in your body.

When I am under stress, or when I feel anxiety coming on, I turn to my beloved adaptogens to boost my mood, energy, and clarity. The stress around me does not change, but by taking my adaptogens, the way I view the stress and handle it is completely different.

Rhodiola provides a the body with the ability to better handle stress related mental and physical fatigue.
