When we recognize our thought habits and physical habit, then we can change them. It takes focus and intention, but the more you refocus, the more you rewire your brain.
Retrain:
Your brain does not like to change or to create new pathways, it likes to stay with what is already there and automatic, but you CAN program a new automatic- it just takes pushing through that time of resistance. So you retrain by going through this process every time you have that old thought, habit, or emotion come up
