Retrain Your Brain:
You can physically rewire your brain to perceive life however you want. The more you focus on abundance, love, and gratitude- the more of those pathways you grow in your mind which will become your default mode and change the way you experience life. The opposite is also true, the more you focus on lack(time, money, energy), fear (worry, anxiety), or criticism(what you do not like), the more you will experience lack, fear, and criticism.
1 . Each morning, take a few minutes to intentionally direct your thoughts of whatever pathways you want to grow in your brain. Do this by focusing on what you are grateful for, what you love, and what you want to happen.
Dwell in the exciting possibilities.
2. Take a moment to close your eyes and think about what you are grateful for. Let that feeling of gratitude rest in your body. This is one of the most healing practices you can do for your body!

3. Today, Give your body 12-16 hours between dinner and breakfast. This is one of the best ways heal and cleanse the body, to boost energy, metabolism, and overall health because it allows your body stop putting all of its energy toward digesting, and start putting it towards detoxification, cell repair, and whole body rejuvenation.
