    • How to Implement into Daily Life

      One: Notice your daily thinking patterns and emotions. Do you feel stressed and worried? Are you anxious and overwhelmed? Do whatever you can to transform these emotions. Being in a state of fear and worry shuts down your hormonal system.

      Two: Take at least one time a day to breathe and intentionally get into a healing state and focus on what you are grateful for. This is like a hormonal reset!

      Three: When triggered by stress, worry, anxiety, etc. stop -> breathe -> change your thoughts about what is happening -> release. This protects your hormones from the cortisol steal.

      Four: Take time each day to visualize your life. How you want your health to be, how you want to look, and how you want to feel. Your mind changes your brain and your brain changes your body!

      Five: Start thinking and speaking what you want- THIS IS CRITICAL FOR HORMONAL BALANCE. REMEMBER- YOUR BODY RESPONSES TO YOUR THOUGHTS, WORDS, AND BELIEFS!

      • My hormones are balanced
      • The stress in my life is making me stronger
      • My skin is clear
      • I am fertile
      • I am healing and getting better
      • My digestion is perfect

      Question:

      Are you over critical of your body? Do you exercise and eat to just control what you look like? Many hormonal issues stem from being too critical of the body focusing on what you do not like and trying to control it too much through food or exercise. Remember to love, nourish, and listen to your body each day by asking yourself: what do I need today?

      It may be more sleep, less exercise, more food, time alone or with friends. Do whatever you can to love and nourish yourself and your body will transform.
