- Your thoughts affect every cell in your body.When you think, your brain is physically changing- which then physically changes the body. It is critical to think about how you do want to look and feel because your brain programs your body what to do! Saying to yourself: ‘I’m fat’, ‘I have bad skin’, ‘I don’t like’ ____, is programing your cells to do just that i. e. be fat, have bad skin, and not be able to do something.
- Each thought you think changes your DNA, and creates a physical neural pathway in the brain. The more you think about something, the more that structure grows which determines the way you perceive life. If you want to be a happy person- you need to purposefully grow peace and joy neural pathways in your brain.
- Anger, envy, stress, worry, self critisism, comparrison etc. put your body in a chemical state where your immune, hormone, and digestive system are shut off which is the cause of any problem in the body. Whatever health issue you are struggling with now- do whatever you can to switch your emotional state from stressed, worried, angry, self-criticism etc. to a positive emotional state – when in a positive emotional state, the body’s healing response turns on and can heal and balance ANY issue- but you need to get yourself into that state.
- Each thought you think emits a frequency into the world and attracts people and situations that are in the same frequency to what you are thinking about. Negative drawns more negative.
Which is why God so clearly instructs: “whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.”
He knows that what we think determines our destiny.
Our focus matters. It’s a powerful creative force, for better or worse.
What we focus on, we empower and create more of. He knows our mind is the key to experience the health, abundance, and the purpose he designed us for.
We are always empowering and creating something, all day, every day, based on what we are thinking about. What situation are you creating more of by focusing on it?
This is a very important shift of consciousness because now the preoccupation is not with the body and defending it. The focus of attention now shifts to the mind, which is where the greater power lies. As we shift our thoughts, feelings and perceptions, we begin to notice that the body follows suit.
I AM. . . .the two most important words for what you put after them shapes your reality. . . .
I am the person that takes time each day to direct my focus. On what I am grateful for, wins each day, what I love, and what I want to create. I know that leads to more things to be grateful for, more wins, more to love, and opens doors of opportunity and revelation that would have otherwise not existed.
I am healthy. I am wealthy. I am wise.
