      • Daily detox could be: drinking a detox tea, having fermented veggies at one meal, drinking 8oz of lemon water with 1 tablespoon chia seeds, sweating, sauna, dry brushing, or oil pulling.

      1. Print shopping lists
      2. Go shopping and stock house up with health food.
      3. Pick a day to begin
      4. Prep some food for the week the day before you start
      5. Begin your transformation week
