When transitioning to a nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory diet, most of my clients have the hardest time giving up pasta and bread. Fortunately, there are great paleo past alternatives so swap out traditional pasta that spikes your blood sugar, which then spikes your insulin and cortisol, which causes hormones imbalances and fat storage.
These noodle replacements are an amazing way to bulk up your meals without the carbs or grains.

Kelp is a kind of seaweed, or algae, that grows in the ocean. Y’all know I am a huge fan of algae and greens powders and I use them as my ‘multivitamin’. (this is my favorite spirulina ) They don’t have a super strong taste and can blend well with however you flavor it. Not to mention they are full of amazing minerals and amino acids. I like to eat these raw mixed with some fish, greens, and dressing.
