      Habit Exchange for Life Change

      What is one habit you can stop doing, and one habit that you can start doing that will make the most impact on your life.

      Every morning and night- close your eyes and really think and feel as if you are that person that has stopped that one habit and picked up that new one.

      Set up a plan of the little things you are going to do each day to accomplish this.

      Example: Set a timer on your phone to go off 3x a day to remind you to do the habit.

      Have a plan to stop the negative- when I want to do …… then instead I am going to ……
