      thoughts- we have 90000 a day- 90 are the same as yesterday- with the crazy of life we do not time time to intentionally direct our thoughts. When we intentionally choose to direct them, it physically changes our brain.Deuteronomy 30:19: ” I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live”
      Each thought you think is a real physical structure in your brain that looks like a tree. The more you think about something, the more the structure grows..
       Fact One: Neuroplasticity: scientific discovery proving that we can physically change our brains through our thoughts and choices. We can physically create new neural pathways and destroy old ones. We can wire out toxic beliefs, experiences, and thinking patterns and wire in truths, good habits, and outstanding thinking patterns.

      Fact Two: Epigenetics: “Above the Genes”. We now have scientifically proven that we control how our genes are expressed based on the environment we give them (the food we eat, and our thoughts). You may have a gene for cancer, but all genes turn on or off based on the signals we give them. You can control the signal as to if it gets turned on or not.

      Fact Three: Thoughts are signals to your DNA- each thought is signaling how to express- either in a good way or a bad way.

      Fact Four: Each thought effects every cell in body.

      Fact Five: The more you focus on something — whether that’s social media, your worries, or God — the more that becomes your reality, the more it becomes written into the neural connections of your brain.

      conscious mind is only the thoughts we intentionally choose to think. Being more intentional generating certain thoughts can physically change our brain and the way we see life. With how busy life is, we often forget to do this, if ever do this. Setting time aside each day to intentionally choose to think certain thoughts can change your life. If you want something wired into your brain, you need to think about it often until it becomes automatic
