      First and foremost, notice what mental and emotional state you are in most often, especially while eating. If you are experiencing anger, jealousy, unforgiveness, anxiety, etc. most of the day, this is directly weakening your gut and liver —> not allowing them to do their job —> not absorbing nutrients from your food —> your body not having what it needs to run how it should.

      Buy fermented foods and consume them at least 1 time each day

      Eat an anti-inflammatory diet, avoid inflammatory foods.

      Pause before you eat to check in with yourself. Pause to see how you feel after eating.

      Start your supplement routine.

      Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day.

      Eat in a relaxed state: You could be eating the healthiest food in the world- but if you are eating it too fast or stressed- your digestion is shut off and you are not going to absorb the nutrients you need from the food. Take a few deep breaths before each meal and eat as slowly as you can – really chewing and enjoying each bite.
