Top Five Supplements to Have on Hand

You want to be prepared.

That sore throat, earache, and stomach bug will come around from time to time and you want to have a plan when they do.

Here’s the thing.

There are MANY, MANY natural remedies to fight these things. All that can work wonderfully from herbs, to essential oils, to homeopathic remedies, to vitamins.

But if you are like me, you want just a FEW products that can be used to fight multiple things and that really work so you don’t have cabinets (and draws ) full of half-used bottles.

To date, these are my favorite go-to products I use when anything hits the house. They are effective, multi-purpose, and have a profound effect on the body.

Each one of these products has an incredible effect on the immune system, they are the only supplements I keep reaching for again and again to combat and prevent anything.

Zeolite

This is my go-to for an every week detoxification method from heavy metals, pesticides, and other environmental toxins. I like to use this for the whole family at least 2x a week as well as when any sickness comes. This has also been a great supplement to have on hand for the allergic reactions my daughter sometimes has for immediate relief.
