As far as my natural skin care regime goes, I like to keep it simple but use powerful oils and ingredients that deeply nourish, protect, and heal.

Healthy Skin from the Inside Out

Of course, I believe that healthy skin begins from the inside out which is why I follow an anti-inflammatory, hormone balancing diet, practice detoxification methods, practice oil pulling, breathe, and most importantly- detox my thought life, visualize, and train my mind.

My Natural Skin Care Regime

Morning:

  1. Splash face with cool water
  2. Apply hyaluronic acid
  3.  Apply SPF
    1. Zinc oxide sunscreen
    2. Tinted moisturizer
    3. BB Cream
    4. Concealer + moisturizer

Night:

  1. Wash Face
    1. Dr. Bronner’s Baby Cleanser
    2. Juice Beauty
    3. African Shea Black Soap
  2. Tone
    1. Apple Cider Vinegar Toner
    2. Eco Tan
  3. Moisturize
    1. Shea butter + 1-2 drops frankincense
    2. DIY facial serum

A Few Times a Week

  1. Mask
  2. Exfoliate

 

4. For body skin care- I love to dry brush each day as well as use my homemade whipped body butter.
